As a compositor on the Netflix film “Relay,” I played a crucial role in shaping the film’s visual landscape. Working alongside a stellar cast including Lily James, Riz Ahmed and Sam Worthington, I was responsible for ensuring that the film’s visual elements seamlessly supported its storytelling. My role was integral in bringing the film’s imaginative scenes to life, balancing technical expertise with creative vision to achieve the desired aesthetic.

One of the significant tasks I undertook was detailed rotoing and screen comps.

Managing blue screen effects was another key aspect of my role. I was responsible for compositing actors into dynamic and sometimes fantastical backgrounds, making sure that the final scenes were visually cohesive and engaging. This required a deep understanding of both the technical aspects of green screen technology and the artistic elements of scene composition.

Finally, I applied beauty work to polish the film’s visuals, ensuring that the final images were both flawless and aesthetically pleasing. This involved retouching and enhancing various elements to achieve a polished look that aligned with the film’s overall style. My contributions were vital in creating a visually stunning film that supported its narrative and captivated audiences.
